The proposals are for a new build development of thirty commercial and industrial units on a derelict and disused industrial site in Aintree, North Liverpool.
SNOW produced a full set of working drawings for the construction of the industrial units working closely alongside Sutcliffe Consulting and Structural Engineers to assist in the delivery of packages for Building Control approval and for construction.
Proposed tenants include City Plumbing and Travis Perkins Builders Merchants.
