The Grade II listed Church House occupies a prominent position on the corner of Hanover Street and Paradise Street, adjacent to the new John Lewis store and is one of the few privately owned buildings situated within the boundary of Grosvenor's Liverpool ONE (Paradise Street) redevelopment area.
