Dave Cornett - Director and Architectural Technician
Born and bred in Liverpool, Dave left school and started work for an architect whilst studying construction at college and Liverpool JMU on day release. Dave has over twenty years experience in the industry and has worked for some well known architects, amongst them famous names such as Foster and Partners, BDP (Building Design Partnership) architects and for Liverpool based Falconer Chester Hall architects.
Dave has had a major involvement in the regeneration of his home town, including Queen Square, Temple Square and Liverpool ONE (Grosvenors Paradise Street redevelopment). He also worked on some of the first apartments to be built in Liverpool city centre, as well as experience in Housing Association schemes, hotels, offices, student accommodation, retail and industrial developments.
Dave is also a feature writer and "Expert" in Select Magazine, a property magazine for the Liverpool area.
Dave won the "Best Construction Services Provider" award at the 2009 BNI Gala Awards. and has been shortlisted for the "Property Services" award at the Downtown Liverpool In Business "Liverpool Business Awards" 2010 awards.
Dave was shortlisted for the "Property Professional of the Year" award at the Downtown Liverpool In Business "LiverCOOL" 2009 awards.
