EC Harris Offices, Manchester

After a long relationship between SNOW architects and the Quantity Surveyors and Project Manager, EC Harris Built Asset Consultancy. ECH had the confidence to employ SNOW architects to provide the architectural services for their new tenth floor Manchester offices, within the new build development in Piccadilly Place in Central Manchester. The brief was to fit-out and space plan the new 12,000 sq.ft. offices in the new corporate image which had been executed successfully by the London and Birmingham offices `but at a fraction of the cost. Using their expertise SNOW architects were able to advise on potential cost savings and alternative product specification to achieve the desired result.
