Salt House Tapas, Liverpool
SNOW architects have been commissioned by Salt House Tapas to provide a modern restaurant within the Grade II listed Church House, proposals were prepared for the insertion of a new slim mezzanine floor and a new staircase to the basement area, which provides access to the back of house facilities and toilets. SNOW architects successfully gained planning approval, listed building consent and building control approval for the works and have worked in conjunction with both the building owners and Salt House Tapas to ensure that the work was carried out in time for the scheduled opening.

With the extensive knowledge of the building, (see the Church House project) SNOW architects were employed to resolve any technical issues that may have arisen during the refurbishment and fit-out works.
The overall decor and fixtures were chosen by the owners.
